It's an incredible thing.

Every spring, migrant waterfowl from California to the Gulf of Mexico cram themselves through a skinny little trough called southern Alberta, like the turn-style at Wal-Mart, then fan out for the breeding grounds beyond. And then do it again coming home in the fall.

And what's the big attraction? Try 7000 square miles of irrigated farmland and wetlands, all in prime shape for feeding and staging, year, after year, after year. For waterfowlers, it's where memories are made, and it's home to Big Sky Waterfowl Outfitters.

Whether it's California pintails, central flyway mallards, or giant Canada geese, we'll draw on 115 years of waterfowl hunting experience to put you in the heart of it all. We'll offer field shoots over wheat and peas for geese, mallard and pintail. We'll nest you in the comfort of an over water blind where you'll take aim on a heavily cupped mallard or screaming bufflehead. Or simply test your skills picking out any one of 15 other waterfowl species shading your spread. Shots and giggles time, we call it.
